Hi everyone I have a question about weight gain? In fall I followed Fierce 5 novice program for 2.5 month with a 3500 cal diet and I gained some muscle and some fat also I reached %22 23 bodyfat from %17 18 I guess. I was 196 Lbs at that time and my height is 6.11. Then I followed a 2 month cut period to reach %15 bodyfat or below, I used supplements of Fish oil and ZMA which I never been used before. I am was 180 lbs last week. Now I am planning to lean bulk and doing SL 5x5 for last 2 weeks. I consumed 2800 cal per day for this week but I am still losing weight I calculated my weight at the morning and it was 178. Probably because of bowel movements (I went 3 times a day for take a dump) and dehydration maybe because I am also following Intermittent Fasting for 18/6 period. My question is that is my body's mechanisms on weight gain and weight loss changed because of cutting period or supplements of omega 3 and zma? Maybe I need more caloric surplus like 3400 3500? but I have concerns about fat gain. Any advices would be welcomed.
