It seems like every day there are multiple threads that pop up on here with people believing all these false "requirements" for eating to gain weight, lose weight etc. Its sad when sites that you would think would provide reputable information post articles like this. Seems like a handful of daily repeated thread questions are all covered in this single POS article.
