I am currently on week 6 of a cut and there are days where my calories fat and carbs are under the targets I have set but I usually hit my protein. Should I be hitting these other nutrients at the target as well or is it in fact better if they are under? My fear is that if I under eat even on a cut it may mess with my hormonal balance and the effectiveness of the diet as a whole.
