I’m Seriously the queen of wrong sections and not using threads.
But anyhow.
I Seriously have no idea What to do. I’m skinny fat. I’m not fat fat, But I do have fat. I’m not big But I’m soft. I don’t have much of muscle. I’m 174cm tall and weigh 63kgs.
I want to look good, sporty, lean/toned and not like a bodybuilder, But still have some shape in my body. Like in a right way.
My problem is that I easily gain weight nowadays ( It used to be harder) and I typically gain fat on my stomach and thighs. Which already has fat.
My body fat percentage is about Uhm 21-24%? I have no idea.
I use weights as heavy as I can, try to perform exercises Well and I move everyday. So I’m actually active. So that’s Not the problem.
