Im 5'10 and 18 been working out for over a year used to be over weight as a kid. then i got taller and skinnier but i did a poor diet and ruin my body now im kinda skinny fat but i also have a couple loose skins and stretch marks. i don't know how to workout my body the biggest improvement through my gym career is probably my chest and bicep. Can anybody help
