So I’m currently about 5ft 6inch, 123lbs and eating and training to gain muscle. I train with a comp judge 6 days of the week so I train hard and do quite a lot of cardio during my work (around 60,000 steps per week at work)
My current diet ranges from 2000-2500 and my trainer is always telling me to eat eat eat 🙃
I’m just looking for ways to fit treats daily and does this work for people as oppose to cheat days? My treat each day is usually peanut butter in a muller rice. But I think I need to switch it up a bit.
On a Saturday evening I enjoy a meal which isn’t macro counted and some sweets/ chocolate. The past two weekends my Saturday has ran over to sunday and I’ve had sweets chocolate and whatever on a Sunday too.
So my question is.. is it better to include a small treat daily rather than have a ****ty weekend!?
And also, could people point me towards a women’s ‘bulking’ diet, I would love to look at other people’s diets to compare mine to :)
