Hello,
is title says, I ate a lot of proteins. Today I was at restaurant and I had very big meat (pork) with bacon and potatoes.
I think it could be around 80g of proteins on sitting. Before this meal I had breakfast and snack ( its around 50g protein together ).
But I still need eat some carbs because Im only on 180g and I need next 120g. What should I do ? Can I have corn flakes with milk and banana ?
I have 80g of fats with these meals, so I dont know if it's good idea to add some next fats.
My questions :
1.Will these proteins absorb? ( Btw. today is my rest day )
2.In real fact Im not feeling full - maybe I calculated badly proteins from that meal? ( But Im sure its more than 60g )
3.Is that true - I have to focus on macros what I eat in day , not on that what I eat in every single meal ? (for example : Breakfast - 120g protein (nothing else) , lunch 80g fat (nothing else) , dinner 300g carbs (nothing else))
18 y/o, 170cm, 58kg ( want to bulk up )
Sorry for bad english - Im from Czech republic
