Is publix potato salad mixed with can of tuna a good food for bulking cheap?

Trying to eat foods I like that are cheap, I found mixing a can of tuna with 3/4 cup of the southern style potato salad make an awesome combination at about 390 calories, 22.5 gs of fat and 23 gs of protein. I am new to bulking and understand there is clean and dirty bulking, I just don’t really known what foods qualify as such.

My question is, should I eat the tuna alone and avoid the 22g of fats in 3/4 cup of potato salad? Would it be better to just eat 2 cans of tuna? At the end of the day I just want to put on weight so I can fit back into my pants and gain muscle aswell.

I’m 6 foot tall 26 year old man and weigh about 140lbs and have lost a lot of weight the past year from depression bottoming out at 135lbs and trying to pack it back on as muscle. I weighed about 165 a year ago before the depression and would love to get up to 170. I think working on myself this way would be really good for me.

Also if anybody has any other good tips as to eating when you’re not hungry or what foods would be to help gains and good proteins powders that would help reach calorie goals would be good. Eating 210 grams of protien a day is tough for me still, so any tips would be much appreciated!

Also feel free to pass the recipe above off as your own if you ever need to bring something to a barbecue, definitely try it before to make sure you like it.
