My daily macros are:
1800-2k calories
~190 grams of protein
~30 grams of carbs
~60 grams of fat
I work out 4 times a week consistently, and have seen progress in my strength on weekly basis.
I follow a particular workout program that I made up for myself.
My goal is to get shredded by summer abs and everything :)
I’m wondering whether my diet is optimal for building lean muscle, getting stronger, all while getting shredded (in other words: “lean bulk?”)
Any tips/advices would be appreciated.
