is it possible to deplete liver glycogen by eating only fats with minimu of carbs?

Lets say that i will have last carb meal at 11am and next one after 24hours. Rest of the day will be consuming healthy fats and protein.I belive that at 5pm (wake up) i will be using fat as source of fuel or it will happen during that day.whats youre opinion?
