Intermittent fasting with awkward shifts

Hey everyone,

So I’m working a shift pattern of 6 on 4 off, of that my shifts are early/late/night.

A rough week would be the following;

7-16
7-16
15-23
15-23
22-07
22-07

There’s a bit of variety to the hours depending on the day but this is a typical week.

Any ideas for how to work it? Say I could do 10-18 for eating how could I then roll that over into a night shift? Any suggestions or ideas from anyone?
