I started bulking but it's more difficult than I thought.
First - 18y/o , 57,4kg , 170cm
I have started count my macros recently. I found that I dont eat enough ( ofc when Im 57kg ...). But I thought it is enough because I felt full generaly. I ate around 2000kcal (mabye less).
I decided to eat 120g of proteins ( however I ate sill more ( 130 - 140 g) ), 300g of carbs and around 80g fat. ---> but I mainly focus on 2500kcal now.
I have bought a bathroom scale so now I can check my gains. --->
1.whats ideal speed of gaining weight per week ? I know that, if I won't gain, I will have to increase my calories.
2. Should I check my weight every week and then increase/decrease my calories?
