This is my first time commited bulk as I am now in my own house earning enough cash to do so. Any tips or advice appreciated.
Breakfast: 3 whole eggs on 3 toast
P:28g,C:48g,F:8g (495cals)
Shake before work:1 scoop ON whey with 100gms oats and 400ml whole milk. P:39g,C:80g,F:22g (748cals)
First and last break snack: 100g chicken and 1 wrap with mayo and a little cheese. P:27g,C:35g,F:5g (380cals)X2
Lunch: 200g mince with 100g mince
P:52g, C:70g,F:22g
Optional Pre workout shake: 1serving of bulk up Sytemax with 100g oats and 400ml whole milk. P: 58g,C:91g,F:25g
Post workout : 1 scoop ON whey with 100g oats and 400ml milk. P:39g,C:80g,F:22g
Dinner is always random but normally about 50g protein with 80g carbs and 20g fat for around 700 Cal's.
Any tips would be great.
I am 6ft1 and weigh around 85kgs and semi new to lifting. TIA
