Eating More

I'm currently trying to eat 3600 calories a day to gain weight. I've been stalling at around 170 (standing at 6'2") pounds for a while now, and while I currently weigh 175 I'm not really seeing any growth. I just bumped up from eating 3200, to 3400, to 3600 now. The problem is that it's really insufferable lol. I'm painfully bloated pretty much constantly, and am forcefeeding myself on a regular basis.

What're some tips that you guys have found successful in making eating less painful?
