Powerlifters!!!

What's your nutrition like? What would you suggest I do?

Three weeks out, so eating at maintenance until then. Then deloading for a week. Then 12 weeks out.



Currently sitting at 180 pounds and the weight class changes at 182. Height is 6 foot and age is 23. I'm not ripped or anything, so I'm still a bit health conscious, but increasing the lifts is the first goal.

With that would y'all suggest caloric deficit? Maintenance? Slight caloric surplus (100-200cal)? Moderate (300-400)? Heavy (500+)?


Looking for advice!
