With all the articles out there, it’s hard to decipher and find the right ideas to follow so I’d figure I’d ask for some personal opinions here...
Currently I’m sitting at about 165, been on and off the gym last few months. I have some extra pounds to shed but I’d like to lose that while adding strength. My goal is 12-15 weeks? Possible?
I’d like to keep incorporating 3 protein shakes a day into my diet while eating as clean as I can about 4 meals a day. Will the shakes hinder any results? Any suggestions with diet/workout plans are greatly appreciated. Thanks
