Cutting Diet tips

I am trying to cut some fat probably like 3-4% here is what I am doing right now:
Height: 5ft 7
Weight: 169.3lb

Exercise: 6 days/week
45 minute jog/walk in morning (6-6.5km)
30-45 strength training
45 minutes jog/walk at night (5-6 km)

Diet: 1691 calories
Protein: 133g
Carbs: 139g
Fat: 67g
3.5-4.5L of water daily
Supplements:
Quadra Lean
BCAA
C4 Ultimate

I’ve been doing this for a month and lost some fat while building muscle, is this meal plan okay or what should I change?

I had a gastric sleeve surgery in 2017 and went from 290lb to 160lb, then gain some weight (mostly muscle) and now I’m trying to get rid of fat
