Can you guys let me know if these items are ok to eat on a diet to get a 6 pack?

Splenda -I drink an energy drink and it has neither any calories or sugar but it has splenda. Is splenda bad for you?

Greek Yogurts Lit & Fit - I eat 1 or 2 of these everyday and I'm not really sure if I should be eating them.

Beef Jerky - I know it's lean meat but it has a lot of sodium.

Wheat Bread - I heard some people say you shouldn't and some people say its fine to eat wheat bread.

Could I get some info on if these items are ok to eat? Thanks
