Bulking, how much fruits and veggies daily?

I'm relatively new to a strict Fitness lifestyle. Only about 3 months in having a strict diet and workout regimen. I'm hitting my macros what with chicken, brown rice Etc, but I have no idea how much broc****/carrots etc to eat per day. All I know is that they have essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to make gains. So how much of what should i eat a day? I eat one banana and one apple per day but don't eat any vegetables, so how many of what vegetables should I eat per day? Thank you
