We're celebrating our company's anniversary today with a bakery made cake. Yellow cake, white buttercream icing and no nutritional info what so ever.
I am not wanting to use a cheat meal, so am curious how you would count this into your macros?
Any clues on what ball park range I should use for fitting this into my macros? I literally just want a small piece but don't want to throw off my entire day!
