Ok so hello everyone,
Im kinda new to the bodybuilding world, i started working out 4 months ago without taking any supplement whatsoever and i've seen some gains but im not 100% convinced and i think i could've had more if i took a proper diet with a good supplement.
So my question is as follows, if i keep working out this way and i eventually will leave the "noobgains" phase after maybe a year, will i make less gains if i start taking supplements later on when i can afford them? ( Im a student in college currently and im on a budget so i can't really afford them as of now, but i could in 1 year time give or take when i'll start working in a decent job) Also do i have to keep using them all the time when i start taking them or it's ok to just use them for a month or two to start gaining some mass?
Im 24 year old and i weight 155lbs (71kg) for 5'11 (1.80m) height
Thanks in advance.
P.S. If anyone is asking, im not from the US that's why supplements are kinda not that affordable if you're young.
