So I've been bulking for a month after cutting for 2 and in a month I've only managed to gain 2.5 to 3lbs with no strength gains. Should I up my calories?

I've got crohns
Doing a modified madcow 5x5 with arms and shoulders added
Also I'm 22 I dont know why it says I'm 48 in my bio
