wondering if i need more calories and do i look the same?

6'2'' weighted 154 3 months ago and still weight the same. i was trying to figure out my bulking calories but for some reason, even weighting the same, i feel either more fat or bloated.

i feel more fat than before. do i have body dysmorphia? also since i can only do 3 days a week. is 5/3/1 beginners good to bulk on?

currently 5/3/1 beginners, one day of incline walking 30 minutes, 1 hour walks 3-4 days a week and 20 hours weekly walking in a retailer.
