27 years old, 73kg, 183cm
So iv been following vikings bare bones for about 7 months and have been improving on strength quite a bit.
My problem is I started the program at around 80kg and cut my way to 70 while getting my strength levels up at the same time due to being a beginner. Got to around 12% body fat while eating 1500 calories a day since my maintenance was 2200 supposedly.
Once I got to my goal of 70 kg and 12% body fat, I began my Bulk which I am currently on right now. I have been eating 2800 calories for 4 months and only gained 3 kg. Why am I gaining so slow? What should my target weight be? It doesnt make much sense to go from 80 to 70 then to 80 then to 70, cut, bulk, cut, bulk, how do I know when to stop bulking?
All the calculators used have been from the bodybuilding website.
