hey guys, I made this meal plan (photo attachment) about a year ago and have followed it throughout the school year as a full-time college student and I honestly believe that it's one of the healthiest, cheapest, and most convenient meal plans a college student can follow. there's very little prep time for most of this, and a lot can be meal prepped, like chicken and sweet potatoes. so if anyone wants to get swole on a good meal plan for the busy broke days of college I'd recommend mine. obviously adjust the calories and macros for what fits your goals. I've used this mainly for a sorta clean bulk and see and feel great results on it. also if anyone has any critiques, criticisms, tips, or questions please do let me know!
