Male 5 7 150 pounds.

I recently have lost 75 pounds, in four to five months, through severe caloric restriction fasting and doing compound lifts 1 or 2 a week. I am looking to do a beginner weighlifting program now as I am very weak and still have a high bodyfat amount for my height and weight. I am going to do ICF 5X5 with the accessories (as that is what I have seen promoted here). Then 30 min HIIT on off days. My goal is to continue to cut until I have a low body fat percent then try bulking (yes I am weak and I know I will look scrawny).

Being a recovering fatty I am very skeptical about eating so my plan is to eat 1500-1800 calories OMAD. With protein min at 160 and fat min at 60. Then fill the rest in with healthy foods. Do you think this is enough of a deficit to continue cutting. I have no trouble in energy or anything, as Ive gone days without eating, so the calories I eat are strictly based on what will be best to lift while cutting as quickly as possible.

Any constructive criticism or nonconstructive criticism are welcome. I know that I know little to nothing. Hence why I am here
