for 1 week i have been eating 100-200 more calories than usual to bulk up. yesterday i had a busy day and had to down 2k cals in one sitting before bed (with some salt, dont know if it matters tho) and after 9 hours of not eating i weighted 2 pounds more than last week. this means i need to reduce cals?
