Protein from soy every morning.

I eat Kashi GoLean legit 6 days of the week in the morning with a few hard boiled eggs. I've know for awhile that this cereals protein source is from soy grits and soy protein isolate. For no particular reason lately I'm beginning to wonder if I should switch it up to a non soy alternative. Does anyone think I'm ingesting too much soy from eating a big bowl of Kashi almost everyday?
