Hi guys,
This is my first post, just have a question about diet. So for the last 12 weeks I’ve done an insane cut for a holiday that I am going on today, the cut had amazing results however included no cheats whatsoever. My question is would me having a bit of a ‘off week’ be okay?? I’m on holiday now where I plan to eat clean, maybe just introduce the carbs slightly and have the odd desserts but still be smart. I’m still training and doing fasted cardio in the mornings while I’m here. Then when I’m back would it hurt to have the ‘off week’ and have a few takeaways (pizzas etc)?? Again I’ll still be doing fasted cardio and training but I’ve just not had anything like that in so long. My plan after that week is to then start another prep for my next holiday in January, so it would almost be like my holiday where I’m still relatively clean and then an ‘off week’ all of which I’ll still be training, before smashing another hard cut? What do you all think? Thanks in advance
