Oatmeal Question

I eat oatmeal for breakfast everyday, I cook it on the stovetop witn a 2:1 ratio of milk to oats. I have 1 cup of oats and 2 cups of milk.

I’m on a bulk right now, and I want to be %100 sure I’m in a caloric surplus everyday.

I’m unsure whether I count the calories and macros for the milk that evaporates during the cooking process. But if I were to do so, how? If I were to just count for all the milk I put in the pot would it significantly differ from what I’m actually eating?
