Meal plan suggestions

Looking to add muscle size training 5 days per week.
Suggestions appreciated.

Current meal plan

breakfast
1/2 cup oats
mixed fruit
protein shake

lunch
200g lean beef mince
200g pasta
1 cup sweet potato
mixed vegetables

or

200g chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
1 cup sweet potato
mixed vegetables

pre workout
white bread peanut butter and jam

post workout
1/2 cup oats
mixed fruit
protein shake

dinner
mixed protein/carbohydrates/vegetables
