Hey guys, basically I’m 18, 6’1, only 150lbs, will say that I have a very good body shape, but muscle mass isn’t great, I do have gyno but I’m hoping it’s on the way out now…
Basically I’ve been trying to put weight on now for about 6 months and gained about 5lbs, but become very defined. I go to the gym 3-5 times per week but I know I need to eat better, but here’s the hard part:
I’m allergic to all nuts, I do not eat beef and I’m a student so money is a bit tight so I can’t eat out every day, what are the most effective ways for me to gain actual muscle mass (not fat) in a relatively short amount of time?
