I'm currently trying to lean bulk
I weighed 65.5kg on 23 September and 66.8 kg on 30 September and 67.8 on 18 October. Did I gain too much fat or is it just water weight?
I went up 2.3kg in 25 days.
I'm trying to gain 0.2 to 0.3 kg per month but I've been slacking on my cardio.
What do you guys think or what do you guys suggest?
