First cut need help.

How should i do my macros and how long to cut this bodyfat of -18-20% to some 10-12%
I tried keto few months ago and i lost a lot of strength fast and i only lost water so no keto..
My main goal is to preserve most muscle and strength that i can.
I am cutting for next summer soo its long slow and steady cut.
Can you give me advice for it?
