Breakfast. 7 egg whites + 1 egg
Lunch 2 cups lentils, 2 bb ribs, 3 chicken thighs
Dinner 328 g of salmon
My app says that I had 171 g of protein
I am 265 and had Leg day.
I feel like that if I get the amount of protein that I need that the only thing that I can eat is powder and regular dinner. I also feel like i have to eat every hour esp if I want to eat in 8 hours. Am I wasting my time eating more than 35 grams of protein at a time?
