Adding muscle and losing fat

Hi,

I am 18, 6 ft 3, 190.5 pounds with 14% fat. I used to be 172 pounds with 5.5% fat. After a big injury i stopped exercising for 6 months. 2 months ago i was 20% fat, 190.5 lbs. Now i am the same weight with 14%. I am really active i am going to the gym 4 times per week sometimes 5. Now that i reached 14%, it that i can't drop fat and i am gaining only muscle. How can i drop my fat while gaining muscle? I am eating a lot of food but hardly any carbs or fats.
