The 1.5 gr of protein per lb of weight is unbelievable chit

So if I weigh 275 I should be eating at least 412gr of protein? Is this serious?
How am supposed to lose weigh and get in shape if I be eating all this amount of protein!

This is bs ain’t going to eat 400gr of protein
