My new job is causing me to lose weight and strength

I started a job as a buffet runner at a casino a few months ago. I am constantly on the move and although I do not personally own a fitbit or similar device, but I've heard coworkers say that on a busy day they hit 15,000 steps. I also eat for free at work so I would have a very difficult time calculating and describing my daily intake of food but the bottom line is that I am having a hard time consuming enough calories.

I am 5'9" and 210lbs. I also realize that I have not provided enough information here to be able to have someone tell me exactly what to do but I am looking for advice on how to start tracking what I am taking in and burning off. I would also appreciate any ideas to help offset what is going on. For example, I started taking whey protein which I was not doing before because I did not think that I needed it. I am taking 1 scoop a day. Maybe I should increase this?

Also, the strength loss was not just a bad day at the gym. It is something that I have noticed over a couple of months.
