I am an overweight guy and would like some input. I have started training again and would like to get stronger while losing some fat/weight. Can I gain muscle and be in a deficit or can I lose fat/weight at maintenance while working out hard. I am not looking for a cut body just to lose a little fat and get my body back to a strong man look.
