5. no carbs except complex carbs from vegetables, bread (max 40g carb/meal unless it's a preworkout).
6. eliminate added high-PUFA oils (soybean, corn, cottonseed, sunflower) that **** with your thyroid and inflammation. That rules out 95% of the supermarket.
