Diet and workout advice, please help

Hi, I need help with my current diet, I'm trying to do keto diet to lose fat, now I'm a student and I want to do lifting 4 times a week, I eat only lunch and dinner, and I workout before lunch, is that good?, do I need to change my diet, also, I want to build muscle, so do I need whey protein or BCCA so I can take them during or before workout ?
