Just looking for a diet critique. I am currently trying to lean bulk. Training a PPL, 6 days a week.

Bf%: 15~20%
Calories consuming ~ 2750
P:164g C:386 F:65g
meals go something like this most of the time, although im generally quite flexible.
M1:
2x 85g multiseed cereal bagels
Smoothie W/ 300ml almond milk, 100g banana, 3 strawberries, some blueberries, 250ml orange juice
M2:
Impact whey choc mint x2 scoops
M3:
Smolked salmon x 100g
Dates x 100g
M4:
150g chicken
Boil in the bag rice(tesco 125g dry)
Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Red onion
Sweet peppers
Peri peri seasoning
M5:
White chocolate cookie dough fulfil protein bar x1
Cheerios dry x 100g
