Hey guys,
Just started a new diet/meal plan for a losing weight objective program given by certified trainer.
Just had doubts concerning the calories intake that was given to me.
I am 40yo
Male
240lbs
6’3
Job is emt so we work physical part of the day.
This is what was given to me;
They Added my base and daily calorie metabolism intake wich was ( 2233+2867) so about 5100 calories/day minus the losing weight factor witch was about 500 calories. It came too a daily intake of roughly 4600 calories/day. It seemed a little high for a losing weight goal. The nutriments divided as follow: 45% lipids, 40% prots and 15% lipids.
Would very much like your opinions,
Thanx,
Simon
