About 5 months ago I started working out regularly. I’ve been fully committed to it ever since and I really enjoy it, but there’s one problem and that’s the nutrition part. The nutrition part is killing me so badly right now and I’m struggling to get that part figured out. I have a decent idea of how many calories, protein, carbs and fat I need, but I cannot figure out a meal plan that works for me, I have no idea how to go about doing that. So far I’ve just been trying to wing it everyday without planning any of my meals out ahead of time and it has not been working at all. Not only have I been extremely stressed out because it’s been killing my gains and preventing me from making any progress, I have also felt like garbage here lately because I’m so malnourished. So if anyone could offer any sort of advice, that would be greatly appreciated! I’ve been strongly considering going to see a nutritionist because I’ve been struggling so bad with my nutrition but I’d rather not fork out that kinda money if someone in the forums here can help me out
