Eggs or Protein Shake After workout

Hi, I’m currently at a cross roads as to whether I should continue my use of the Jym Brand of Protein shakes or just start eating 3 boiled eggs after my workout. I honestly don’t know if 3 boiled eggs is enough either, so any advice I could get would be very helpful to me!
