Hello everyone just wondering if anyone one could help me with the situation i'm in now i only really started getting into shape this year and i need a bit of help
So I've been doing a pretty intense diet for the last 3 months at the start i weighed 85.6 kilos and now i'm down to 74.7 for the first 2 months i did tabata style excersises at home and also incorporated interment fasting into my routine where i would do my best to fast for 16 hours every day and would usually have a tuna salad for lunch, chicken and green veg for dinner and a protein shake before bed, i recently bought a work out /nutrition program that does not incorporate fasting where i would have 2 meals more then i usually have a day although the food is more healthy i would say this is jump of about 800 calories from what i usually have in a day, i only recently started tracking calories and learnt to lose weight i need to eat less then 2300 calories a day but honestly i have been eating around 1100 calories a day for the last three months so i have no idea what will happen if i add all this food to my diet even if it is healthy.
So i just wanted to know should i pursue this new diet or not? and am i going to put on a bunch of weight if i do?
Any feed back would be very helpful thank you guys.
