So, as the title says, I woke up around 4pm today... I created macros for myself so I could gain 5 lbs and finally get to 200. I need to eat around 3600 calories a day if I want to continue growing, and I'm just wondering if it's ok to eat ALL of that within the next 6 hours, because I usually stop eating around 10. Will it affect my gains? Will it convert to fat instead of muscle? I've heard it's better to have several small meals in a day but I'm wondering how significant an impact it will have from the long sleep I've been having.
