i been running this for 3 weeks now and im a bit older than i was when i got a 6 pack in 8 weeks at 22 so i need a bit of help
i eat 3 cups of chopped chicken breast
2 cups of brown rice (or whole wheat wraps or oatmeal depending on the day)
and 1 protein shake that is roughly 300 calories
when its all added up it averages around 1600 cals, but and im getting the correct amount of nutrition i feel like my carbs are low but im trying to stick to 1 gram of p per pound of body weight
