Hey folks, so I've started a bulk recently and wanted some advice. I started about a month ago but wasn't very consistent, as of the past two weeks I have been though. I'm 6'2 and weigh about 182. I have little/no muscle mass so from what I calculated my daily caloric needs were about 2300, so I aimed to eat at around 2500-2600. Looking through my eating journal, however, I've been eating at 2700-3500 calories naturally for the past two weeks. Am I eating too much? I can't really tell by weighing myself because one day I'll be 182, jump to 187 and then down to 184.5, so I don't know how to tell if I'm gaining the proper amount of weight/eating the right amount. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week and keep cardio to an absolute minimum, just a 5-10 minute HIIT on the cycles or treadmill. In terms of what I eat, I have three different protein meals a day (e.g eggs for breakfast, some chicken/beef dish, some shrimp/fish dish) and then have my protein shake and snack pretty consistently throughout the day (protein bars, nuts, cheese strings, berries, peanut butter, etc.) so in terms of what I'm eating I think I'm doing fine but idk
