Help with nutrition and IIFYM

Hi there, I am a 15 year old girl who is having some troubles getting my macros calculated. My height is 164 cm and I weight 128 lbs, my bodyfat is about 22%. My main goal is to lose body-fat and I am going to start the Starting Strength program in a few days. I want to get my macros right as nutrition is more important than excersize.
Can someone provide a detailed info on how I can calculate the amounts.
I also heard about DCA and was interested in that as I feel trying to meet all 3 of the macros goal makes me unneccausary stressed. I was wondering if I just reach my protein intake for the day, will I my fat and carbs matter?
